DavenPro Power Wash – Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Results Disclaimer

Complete stain removal is not guaranteed due to oxidation, age, embedded staining, or material condition.

3. Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by loose siding, cracked concrete, deteriorated paint, faulty windows, or structural defects that existed prior to service.

4. Water & Utilities

Client agrees to provide access to water and electricity if required.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service performed.

6. Agreement

By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
